Heraia Pandora Intense Olive Oil

Pandora Delicate olive oil is made from a combination of 2020 and 2021 organic biancolilla and cerasuola olives from a small plot of land in central Sicily.

This high quality organic olive oil has a fruity and bitter note with a little sweetness in the aftertaste. Pandora is the perfect starter for olive oil lovers and is suitable for all dishes.

After the olives are ripe, they are collected by hand and taken to an olive oil factory. There they are carefully cleaned and cold pressed for 24 hours. This is followed by a decanting period of 4 months until the correct settling of the oil and moisture is achieved. The oil is unfiltered.
