Heraia Granita Lemon

The lemon granita from Heriaia is an authentic Sicilian dessert. The granita can easily be prepared by removing the bag with liquid from the box and placing it in the freezer at -18°C for 1 hour and 15 minutes. You can move the bag in the meantime to prevent the granita from turning into a solid block of ice. Check the consistency and pour the granita into a nice glass and serve it to your friends or family.
