Shipping & returns

We ship to NL and BE

We aim to process all orders within 1-3 business days. All orders are shipped via PostNL. Free shipping on all orders above 15 euro. The shipping rate below 15 Euro is 2,95 Euro for the Netherlands and 4,95 Euro for Belgium.

After your order has been shipped, you will receive an automatic e-mail with a track & trace number so that you can easily track your package. If you have received an order with defects, you can contact us by email (info@foodtesters.nl). We aim to respond to emails within 1-2 business days.

When can I return something?

Items can be returned up to 28 days after your order has been shipped. The product(s) must be returned in their original condition, otherwise we cannot process the shipment as a return. Please note, we will not process returns if they are returned used or damaged.

We offer free shipping on all products, but we do not offer refunds shipping costs for returns, these are at your own expense.

Restitution

After receiving your return we will process the order within 1-3 working days, as soon as this is done you will receive a confirmation by email. It can take 3-4 business days for the money to be returned.
